I thought I'd quickly share my some of my dad's helpful advice. If you're feeling stressed out about an upcoming exam, just follow these steps:

1.) Sit down in a chair, feet about shoulder width apart.
2.) Close your eyes and take deep breaths, inhaling, counting until 5, then exhaling.
3.) Slowly lower head toward knees, all the while continuing regulated breathing.
4.) Lower head into lap
5.) Kiss your sweet ass goodbye.
